Chapter 01 — Proof

Okay.Here's the work.

Currently on screen — with Sarthak Goswami

Since January 2026 I've handled packaging and channel operations across Sarthak Goswami's properties — four YouTube channels totalling 2.6 million subscribers, four Instagram pages and a Facebook page. Thumbnails, titles, metadata, scheduling and the analytics read that decides what goes out next. I don't shoot or edit; I make sure what gets made reaches people.

Short-form

And thereels.

Clipping, packaging and scheduling short-form across the Instagram pages. Same job as the thumbnails — make the first second earn the second one.

Chapter 02 — Before this

Before packagingfor reach,I was doing itfor clients.

Four years of client work, internships and a venture of my own — before YouTube operations, this is where the craft came from.

Chapter 03 — The method

The video isonly half the job.

Most channels I look at aren't failing on ideas — they're failing on packaging, consistency, or the absence of any system at all. I come at it from Economics and analytics, so I'd rather read the retention curve than guess at what an audience wants.

Operating system

Watch what the data says. Then make it repeatable.

A good video nobody clicks is a failed video. A great package on a weak video is a broken promise. The work sits in between: earn the click honestly, hold the attention you got, and build a process so it happens again next week without heroics.

01Read before you makeImpressions, click-through, retention curves, drop-off points. The channel usually tells you what's wrong before anyone has an opinion about it.
02Package honestlyThe thumbnail and title are a promise. Overpromise and retention punishes you within thirty seconds. Test the promise, not the clickbait.
03Systemise the boring partsAnything done every week should be a workflow, not a memory. That's where AI assists earn their place — the admin, not the ideas.
PackageEarn the click without lyingThumbnails, titles, metadata and search. The impression is worth nothing if the video can't keep the promise it made.
HoldSurvive the first thirty secondsOpenings, structure and pacing read off the retention curve. This is where most of the audience is actually lost.
ConvertTurn a viewer into a regularEnd screens, series formats, playlists and reasons to come back. One view is a visit; the second is an audience.
RepeatMake next week automaticPublishing workflows, editor coordination, calendars and AI-assisted systems so consistency doesn't depend on willpower.

What you can hand me

I don't fitin one box.Good.

Channel operations is a wide job. Hand me any part of it — or the whole thing — and tell me what you're trying to grow.

01

Packaging

Thumbnails, titles, metadata and search on every upload. The fastest lever on a channel that already makes good work.

02

Channel operations

Publishing schedule, workflow ownership, editor and creator coordination. The whole machine, running without you in it.

03

Reels & short-form

Clipping, packaging and scheduling short-form across Instagram and Facebook, built off what's already performing.

04

Analytics

A weekly read of impressions, CTR, retention and drop-off, turned into what to change on the next upload.

05

Content systems

AI-assisted workflows for the repetitive production and reporting work, so the team covers more without working more.

06

Audit

A one-off read on why a channel isn't growing, and a prioritised list of what to fix first.

Any brief. Any format. The work above is the proof.
